Coaches & Player's
Here are some 3 Person Read & React Drills to improve offensive skills, team play, awareness and learning how to move without the ball. Pay attention to the details in each drill. Coaches must ALWAYS emphasize the (POE) Points Of Emphasis.
Players & Teams MUST master the current drill before you move on to teach the next drill.
The first video shows how each team can utilize their practices well by keeping all players involved and moving through the drill(s) while at the same time getting multiple reps of shots and skill development on both sides of the basket all at the same time.
This is how you want your team to warm-up in a short period of time,
by knowing how to run each drill smoothly.
The following (30) Drills will break down the previous video and also show you how to teach Player's to Read & React, especially when your team play's break down. Remember that the Read & React teaches principles on how and why to move in an offensive set.
